The bid must include the bidder’s name, mailing address and phone number. The successful bidder has until noon on May 24, 2019 to provide the Town a deposit equal to 10% of the bid in the form of a certified check or money order, payable to the Town of Palermo.

The Board of Selectmen may thereafter negotiate a sale of the property with any or all unsuccessful bidders.

The tax map and other public information concerning the property may be reviewed at the Town Office during its normal business hours.
